Each year Niagara Workforce Planning Board takes the lead role in a local planning proccess that results in an action plan to address labour market trends, opportunities and priorities. This report identifies the research, projects, and various initiatives undertaken by the Board in the coming fiscal year.

The Workforce Focus series has been prepared in response to our community's request for more Niagara Labour market information. Each issue focuses on a subject area that has significance to current labour market conditions, examining the topic within the context of statisitics and data specific to the Niagara Region. Workforce Focus is published 4-6 times each year.
